Qualtech Products Industry Carney flödesmätare with a Carney Funnel and a Hall Funnel is a precision density measurement instrument to determine the Carney Flow Rate, the Flow Qualities, the Bulk Density and the Apparent Density of loose sample products and loose sample materials, e.g. powders.
Detta proffs Carney Flow Meter is designed and engineered offering a solid and ergonomic stand combined with a precision engineered Hall Flowmeter Funnel with an orifice diameter of 0.1″ (2.5 mm), a precision engineered Carney Funnel with an orifice diameter of 0.2″ (5 mm), a Density Cup, a digital Stopwatch, a Powder Tray, a Lid, a Brush, and much more.
An electronic high-precision scale and balance is optional available offering highest accuracy and precision to measure the Apparent Density of powders.
To ensure highest precision each Funnel is made of one larger piece of Stainless Steel or of Brass.
De Carney Funnel and the Hall Funnel are available in either Stainless Steel or Brass to best meet your requirements.
De Carney Flowmeter Method is performed in accordance with ASTM B417 and suggests to measure the time 50g of powder needs to pass through an orifice with a specified diameter.
